Cookie policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

The binding version of this document is the Polish version.

This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) used by the website www.eclipsegroup.pl, and how consent to their use is managed.

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small files saved on your device by the browser. Local storage (localStorage) is a similar browser-side data storage mechanism. Both are used to remember information between visits.

2. Necessary - always active

These entries are required for the website to work properly and do not require consent (exemption under Art. 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law):

  • the language cookie - remembers the selected language version of the website; deleted when the browser is closed,
  • a local storage entry with your consent decision - so we do not ask for consent on every visit,
  • a local storage entry with a random consent identifier - links the granting and withdrawal of consent in the consent register,
  • a local storage entry with a delivery queue - holds a consent register entry until it is successfully delivered.

3. Statistics - only after consent

After you give consent, we load Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which measure visits to the website. These tools save their own cookies (including "_ga" and cookies prefixed "_ga_", stored for up to 2 years). Without consent none of these cookies are created, because the tools are not loaded.

The tools are provided by Google; the details of processing are described in the Privacy policy.

4. Marketing - currently unused

The consent panel includes a marketing category for the future, but the website currently loads no tools from this category - regardless of the choice made.

5. Managing consent

On your first visit the website asks for consent with a banner in which "Accept" and "Reject" have equal weight. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the "Cookie settings" panel available in the footer of every page.

We record every decision - granting, refusing and withdrawing consent - in the consent register; the details are described in the Privacy policy.

You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary entries may cause the website to stop remembering the selected language version and your consent decision.

6. Changes to this policy

When the set of technologies used changes, we will update this policy, and if the change extends the scope of the optional categories - we will ask for consent again. The date of the last change is shown on this page. The binding version is the Polish version.
