Privacy policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
The binding version of this document is the Polish version.
This policy describes what personal data we process in connection with the operation of the website www.eclipsegroup.pl, why we do it, on what legal basis, and what rights data subjects have. We describe only the processes that actually take place on the website.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is ECLIPSE GROUP K. JARZYNA SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Przyjaźni 4H/26, 53-030 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001176189, NIP 8993026373, REGON 541906144.
You can contact us about personal data matters at: katarzyna.jarzyna@jk-solutions.pl.
2. Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, we process: your name, e-mail address, the message content and - automatically - the language version of the website and the address of the page from which the message was sent.
Purpose and legal basis: responding to your enquiry and further correspondence - our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract - steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message.
We keep messages for the duration of the correspondence and, after it ends, for no longer than 12 months, unless longer storage is needed to establish or defend legal claims.
3. Cookie consent register
We record the decisions made in the consent panel (granting, refusing and withdrawing consent) in a consent register. The register contains: a random consent identifier assigned to the browser, the choice made, the policy version, the date of the decision, the language version of the website, the browser name and a hash of the IP address. We do not store the raw IP address - only its irreversible hash reaches the register.
Purpose and legal basis: demonstrating that consent was granted or withdrawn - our legal obligation under the accountability principle (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 5(2) and Art. 7 GDPR).
The register is append-only: withdrawing consent does not delete the record of granting it but adds a new entry. We keep the entries for the lifetime of the website and the period necessary to demonstrate compliance.
4. Server logs
The website hosting provider automatically records connection information in technical logs, including IP addresses. We use them solely to ensure the security and proper operation of the website - our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Visit statistics
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits to the website. Without consent these tools are not loaded at all. You can withdraw consent at any time in the "Cookie settings" panel in the website footer - withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Details of the cookies used by these tools are described in the Cookie policy.
6. Data recipients
Data is processed on our behalf by the providers whose services we use to run the website:
- Chmielewski Studio - technical operation of the website and its automations,
- Vercel Inc. - website hosting,
- Make (Celonis) - automation forwarding contact form messages and consent register entries,
- Google - the mailbox and spreadsheets in which contact form messages and consent register entries reach us, and - after consent - the statistics tools.
Some of these providers (Vercel, Google) may process data in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to us at: katarzyna.jarzyna@jk-solutions.pl.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
8. Final information
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects.
When the website processes or the law change, we will update this policy - the date of the last change is shown on this page. The binding version is the Polish version.
